Are all transfer requests confirmed immediately or do I need to do something else?
Our system provides online quote and instant booking. After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your email. We will contact you only to confirm your transfer.
Do the prices include everything?
All prices are final and include all local taxes. You don’t have to pay anything extra, whether you have booked a one-way or return trip.
I forgot to include children/infants in my reservation. What should I do?

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If the booking is cancelled 48 hours before the pick-up time, any amount already paid will be refunded.
Do you have a no-show policy?
If Mars Travel is unable to contact the passenger or the relevant person within 30-60 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, from the information provided in the booking, then the trip will be considered a no-show booking and will be abandoned. If you are not at your pick-up location without notifying Mars Travel, a no-show fee may apply and no refunds will be given.
